Distribution Centers

It takes a lot to keep all those stores well stocked with everything they need to keep customers happy. That’s where our five Distribution Centers come in. Back home in Philadelphia, our Store Support Center (SSC) serves team members in our stores and distribution centers every day. Here For You Since 1921

People taking care of people… and their cars. That’s how we’ve been built right from the very start. It began when the original Pep Boys-Manny, Moe and Jack-opened their first store in Philadelphia back in 1921. In 1933, they headed out west to set up more Pep Boys stores in Los Angeles. In the years since, that foundation of helping people and doing the right thing has taken us on a long journey. To 35 states and Puerto Rico, to be exact.
