In his essay explaining why he wanted to become a technician, scholarship recipient Anthony Ambers from the University of Northwestern Ohio shared:

“I was fueled and determined to push my own limits for success, and I did just that. I took on a triple course load. I became the first student in the school's history to double up on programs, setting a record for the highest recorded ASE test scores the school had ever seen. As a result, my outlook on life is different: I work every day to make progressive steps in the direction of success, which for me comes as the ability to work a job that is my passion in life and make my mark in the automotive industry.”

Pep Boys offers a broad range of industry-leading opportunities and career paths designed to encourage talented future technicians to follow their passion for automotive. In addition to scholarships, the Company partners with leading technical schools, internships, and work opportunities during a student’s education.
