Pep Boys is an Official Sponsor of the University Interscholastic League (UIL) and is proud to support their work providing educational extracurricular academic, athletic, and music contests throughout Texas.
This fall, Pep Boys is partnering up with Dave Campbell’s Texas Football to find the Most Driven Team in the Lone Star State. Ten schools have been selected as finalists and will go head-to-head for a $10,000 donation which will be presented to the winning school at the 2022 UIL Football State Championships at AT&T Stadium mid-December. These ten schools will compete to see who can rack up the most online votes this November on TexasFootball.com. The school with the most online votes will be named the Most Driven Team.
In addition, one student athlete from each of the final teams is being recognized as the Most Driven Scholar Athlete for their leadership in the classroom and on the field. One Scholar Athlete is being presented with a $1,000 scholarship each week leading up to the state championship. Pep Boys has been joining some of these young leaders on game days throughout the season, proudly presenting them with their well-deserved recognition.
The excitement doesn’t stop there. Pep Boys is driving game-time fun with the Scoring Drive Sweepstakes.
