1 $7.50 per mile for each additional mile over 10 miles. Pricing excludes Medium Duty vehicles (vehicles over 10,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (“gvwr”) and trucks with dual rear wheels), and Light Duty (less than 10,000 pounds gvwr) that require upgraded equipment due to body damage or additional external equipment, all of which shall be $274.99 for the first 10 miles, and additional mile price of $9.50 each.
