Pep Boys is proud to announce that Jeremy Luther, a Pep Boys automotive technician hailing from Marrero, Louisiana, has been honored with the distinguished title of ASE Master Automobile Technician of the Year. The award was presented to Luther on November 15 at the Fall Board of Governors meeting of the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), held in Clearwater, Florida.
The ASE annual awards, a benchmark for excellence in the automotive service industry, recognized Luther among 53 automotive service professionals who excelled in the ASE Certification tests. Luther, currently serving as a master technician at Pep Boys in Metairie, was presented the award by Pep Boys’ Glenn Rowe, Area Director; Homer Hogg, Chair of the ASE Board of Directors; and Timothy Zilke, ASE President & CEO.
According to Zilke, "Jeremy, who is a master technician at Pep Boys in Metairie, is one of the outstanding ASE certified professionals recognized annually by different segments of the automotive service and repair industry. Each of these elite technicians is presented with an industry-specific award recognizing their achievement."
