Pep Boys Welcomes New Leaders

Pep Boys is proud to announce the appointment of two new team members. Please welcome Joe Auriemma, Chief Marketing Officer, and Steve Baker, Vice President and General Manager of Fleet!

Joe’s 30 years of experience in branding, full funnel marketing strategy, and integrated communications planning bring a wealth of knowledge to the Marketing team. His skills will greatly assist the department in its development of strategic plans to drive brand recognition and customer retention and to increase our competitive edge.

Steve’s tenured career in go-to-market operations includes a strong variety of general management roles. In his new position, he will be responsible for expanding our fleet sales business by acquiring new customers, building upon relationships with existing customers and identifying and executing our commercial strategic opportunities. Steve spent the last six months as a consultant to Pep Boys learning in-depth about the company and the industry, he envisions an expanded presence for Pep Boys fleet in the automotive aftermarket industry with clear and unique value propositions.
